Return (No Cancellation) Policy
Prodigy Super Kids will happily offer you a product exchange if a request is received by us within 48 hours of receipt of the item and is returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
To complete your product exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where the exchange is not granted:
* Toys with obvious signs of use
* Toys broken due to mishandling
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Any item that is returned more than 48 hours after delivery
The exchange is not accepted if the wrong product is ordered by the customer, however, if the wrong product is delivered we would arrange a return pickup and the ordered product would be delivered.
ExchangesÂ
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a new product will be dispatched to you depending upon availability. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
In case the product is discontinued or not available, we will provide you with coupon codes of the same value which can be redeemed on prodigysuperkids.com to purchase other products.
